A. Kyle Johnson
As founding principal, A. Kyle Johnsons focus is on financial analysis and aspects of business relationships and marital dissolution, business negotiation and commercial litigation, and valuation disputes. He has over 30 years of experience as a counselor in business-related matters, specifically in commercial litigation, transactional matters, and the legal aspects of real estate development. He is also accomplished in entrepreneurial and venture representation and as general counsel for individuals and locally-owned businesses. His business law background has resulted in substantial experience representing clients in large-asset marital dissolution cases as well as experience as a mediator in commercial and marital disputes. He is a member of the Seattle-King County, Washington State, and American Bar Associations. He earned his JD at the University of Washington and his LLM at George Washington University. Mr. Johnson periodically lectures at CLE events and is on the board of directors of Pratt Fine Arts Center. |
