Amy Smith
Amy Smith has over ten years of law firm experience and assists our attorneys in the areas of real estate, business, estate planning and probate. She works on many aspects of real estate and financing transactions, including the verification of property ownership, the review of title policies, legal descriptions and surveys, drafting of loan and closing documents, preparation of UCC financing statements, and coordinating and assisting with the closing of loans and real estate transactions. Ms. Smith’s business experience includes all aspects of commercial transactions, including formation and maintenance of business entities, purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks and reorganizations. In estate planning and probate, she works with our attorneys through the entire process from drafting to signing of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
