Carolann Storli
Carolann O’Brien Storli is an AV-rated attorney who devotes her practice to advising clients regarding business and estate planning matters, which includes formation and administration of limited liability companies and limited partnerships; preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents; and probate and trust administration. She has extensive experience assisting with entity formation, succession planning, and asset transfers as well as representing both beneficiaries and fiduciaries. Ms. Storli earned her BS and M Ed degrees from University of Washington, and she earned her JD degree magna cum laude from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University), where she was awarded American Jurisprudence Awards for her work in Trusts and Estates, Gift and Estate tax, Family law, and Constitutional law. She is a member of the King County and Washington State Bar Associations (in the Committee on Gift and Estate tax, and in the sections of Real Property and Trust, Business law, and Elder law) and of the Washington Women in Tax. She speaks frequently on estate planning issues, has lectured for several bar associations, and has taught continuing legal education courses.
